"As far as I'm concerned, THESE GUYS BLOW!! I ordered an MP3 player on 19 April. Web site said it was in stock and would ship in 24 hours and be delivered in 3 business days. Near as I can tell from their Ex-Lax website, it STILL hasn't even shipped. I sent them an e mail three days ago, to which they did not respond. I think all the "great" ratings this company has received are from employees, because this company is the PITS!

"I ordered a product on 4/21/05 at 8:30am PST. They confirmed my order, and shipped it overnight from Rhode Island, and I received it in California before noon the next day, on 4/22/05. They went out of their way to ensure my item was shipped the same day. I can't say enough about their great customer service."

"On April 9, I ordered a Garmin 2620. The order was confirmed on April 11 and I was informed that it was shipped via FedEx and was scheduled to arrive on April 15. On April 18 I called CapLink and inquired about my order. I was told it got lost and that it would arrive by April 22 via FedEx. I inquired about the order on April 21 and was informed the unit was shipped via UPS and was given a tracking number. I checked the progress and found that the unit was scheduled to arrive on April 26. I called back to CapLink wishing to cancel my order and was told I could not and if I stopped payment there would be a $30 charge. The attitude was basically that I could "go to hell" as they had my money and there was nothing I could do about it. I understand that things can get lost but there is absolutely no justification for lying to me about how it was going to be shipped and then the attitude about it latter. Had the first person been honest about the time to deliver a replacement I would have bought elsewhere and already have it in hand. I feel I was lied to so they could keep me on the string. I would not recommend buying from this store."

"This was an excellent transaction from start to finish. They sent me a Thank You email confirming my order containing my order #, ship to address, etc. Then they sent me another email notifying me my order had been sent to the warehouse to be shipped. The third and final email was to provide me a tracking number. My order was shipped the same day it was placed and they kept me in the loop the whole time. Would love to do business with them again!!!!"

"I would come back only if the price was extrodinary. Here's why:
The shipping notification eMail never arrived and tracking info was never available on the website. It always said to check back in 24 hrs. Further, it took 2 days to get order confirmation and over a week to get the order."
