"Purchased the Iriver 799. Excellent product at an excellect price. Caplink is a good company. I would purchase from again. However, keep in mind that you will have to be very patient when it comes to getting a tracking number. I did not get a tracking number 'til the day the item was delivered to my house. If you read more comments from other people, you will notice more of the same problems/issues with the tracking number, but that does not mean they are a bad company. It is just a website/systems issue which they should correct to become a better competitive company. It took 6 business days for the whole ordering process to the day it was delivered and that was pretty good. The live customer service was pretty convenient, but not very helpful due to system problems."

"Bought an IRiver MP3 Player on a late Friday night. Received a confirmation immediately and another e-mail Monday morning stating that the item was shipped already. E-mail included a tracking number allowing me to know when the item was to arrive. Received MP3 player today as scheduled. A very good company to work with. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Time to play with my new toy."

"I purchased the Iriver H340 Mp3 player from Caplink. First off all I ordered H320 and later changed the order to H340. It was as easy as doing myself, called the costumer rep. and walla changed. The good arrived next day, which is pretty impressive to me. Got the product as what I had ordered and the price cheaper than anyone else. This is a great company. "finally decided to get a GPS after looking high and low. Best price was at CapLink by far. Paid the extra 5 dollars for 3 day shipping. "They offered the best price on the handheld GPS device I ordered and the high ratings at this site were encouraging. The shipping was fast and everything was smooth. However, I am not satisfied. First, a minor complaint: the web page indicated that the shipping will be with UPS. Instead, they shipped with Fedex. But of course that's not important. Second, however, a major problem: apparently signature proof of delivery was not required, therefore Fedex left the package containing the $315 GPS device in front of my door in an apartment building where it was highly visible to everyone walking by. It was definitely not a safe location and the package could have gotten stolen very easily. It has not, but that is just luck. I don't think it is Fedex's fault because last week I ordered another GPS device, for only $90, from another retailer, they shipped with Fedex, too, but apparently signature proof was required and Fedex made two attempts to deliver the package and finally I went to the Fedex center to pick it up. This is the procedure I would have preferred with this $315 package, too. In the end, because of safety concerns regarding the delivery, I don't think I will order from Caplink Technology again. They should require signature proof on high-value shipments or otherwise ensure that packages are not left at unsafe locations."

"Great store got my item the best price on the net and was the only store to have it in stock. Fast Shipping using free shipping which is always a plus. Will buy from again. Only thing was if you like a tracking you need to ask for it.
