"I was pleased with the price of the products I received but I was dissatisfied with the speed of delivery and the help I received when I tried to track my order. The online order help kept saying that info about my order was unavailable. The customer service line was almost always busy and despite the recorded message that stated I would receive a return call in an hour, I always had to call back. When I did actually talk to a representative they were not helpful. The first time the rep was unable to track my package and assured me he had passed it on to someone who could help me and I would receive a call. More than a day passed and didn't receive a call or my package. The second time I talked to a person, he found my package said I should receive it the next day and put me on hold for nearly 10 minutes while he tried to get the tracking number. I hung up. The next day my package didn't come and I still didn't receive a call. I was unable to get through on customer service and stop leaving messages. My package finally arrived 14 days after I ordered it. Everything's fine now, but I don't think I will use them again."
"Very satisfied with the timely delivery of the product purchased. Pricing is not the lowest, however is close to the lowest. I chose to purchase from them based on the ratings and feedbacks from here and I'm glad I did. Paying a little more for peace of mind when shopping on the internet is well worth it. Packaging is excellent as well. I highly recommend purchasing from them!"

"EXCELLENT service. Had an item that everyone else had backordered, some for MONTHS. Emails kept me informed after placing order. Shipped within a day or order, and received in 72 hours.(and that was with free shipping!) Thank you!"

10 minutes after I paid by credit card, I received the e-mail that my order is trasfered to warehouse, and that it would be shipped the same day. 1 hour later, I received another e-mail that my order was shipped.

"Order placed 3-10-05, charge card charged 3-10-05, order shipped 3-11-05. No confirmation of shipment, although email from company indicated such would be received within 24 hours. No shipment tracking information was provided. No response from company to an email I sent requesting order status, since it was unclear if order had actually been shipped from the email provided. Item ordered was received on 03-17-05 in very good condition and was as ordered. I probably would order from this company in the future, even though the lack of shipment tracking information is distressing to me. I prefer to arrange my schedule to be at home when the shipment arrives, and with the lack of shipment tracking information, there is no way to tell when that will happen."
"I definitely recommend this vendor, just be aware of the following comments.
I never received the email confirming that my order "did" ship. I did receive two emails saying that the order "should" & "will" ship. Even today, after receiving the order (right on time and just as promised I must say), the realtime order check page still lists no tracking number, I should "check back in 24 hours", and says that the order will ship on (today's date). I would like to recommend that the real time status check for an order should actually work. But given that everything actually went without a hitch I would certainly do business with these people again. Thank you."

"After placing an order and watching it on their website it said would ship within 24 hours. It said that for several days. Then after sending an email to find out when it would ship the status changed to "shipped" but wasn't able to provide a tracking number. They never did reply to the email. So I sent another email to request the tracking information and that too has gone unanswered. The only option when attempting to call is to leave a message. Which again there was not a return phone call. They have apparently failed to ship the ordered merchandise but sure did charge my credit card right away.
Update - Today I talked with a rep named Mike through the online chat and he was very helpful. He was unable to verify that the product had actually shipped so he shipped the order and stated he would keep a watch on the order tomorrow to make sure I would be able to get the tracking information. Thanks Mike for the help!"
