"I ordered a hard drive from this store and received a confirmation email, but never heard of the status other than that my order was received. Further investigation shows that my order was canceled without any notification by the vendor. As a consumer, I should be notified if there is a problem with my order. In this case, I feel that even shopping at the online store was a total waste of my time. I might as well bring my business elsewhere to stores that offer much more competitive prices. No customer support = bad store."

"They made a price mistake; they refuse to honor it nor are offering any compensation. Not a big deal, this is standard practice with second-rate retailers these days...
However, they cancelled and have not notified me (I found out on my own) and they have not issued a refund on my payment. That is entirely unacceptable. I have already filed a dispute with Paypal on this issue."

"Went online to check status of my order - Order canceled, no reason given. no cancellation email... POOR customer service, mickey mouse pricing. Seems to be an online version of 'bait&switch'.
Seems their online calculator does not work either.
Also gouged on rush shipping. Said $3.99 when I checked out, had been upped to $5.99 with no communication.
I wouldn't recommend buying from these cowboys."

"Utterly unreliable. Web site gives contrasting information on price of shipping options, WHILE you're trying to buy. Confirmation email says one price, tracking order online gives another price.
Sell products they don't even have. Will not be interested in doing business with."
