"Did not receive an upstream USB 2.0 port cable with the monitor as specified. Contacted the company and was told they would check on it. I received no response. After three weeks, I contacted the company again and still received no response! I can no longer give a good recomendation to this company unless satisfaction is received. The company finally agreed to send me the missing USB 2.0 port cable; therefore, I am now a satisfied customer!"

"I shopped around the Net for the best price on a new, current-specs computer with a solid basis for upgrades. I found a refurbished HP A465 on another reseller's website, but couldn't quite click 'Send Order' - I'm glad I didn't! Their consumer ratings on every board I could find are abysmally low. I was overjoyed to find the same rig at Eagle for the exact same price. They didn't prematurely charge my card, kept me informed of my order status, then the machine arrived on time, and in pristine, like-new condition. However, though the product was complete and undamaged, and came with all the guides,disks, and miscellany you get with a 'New' computer - the packaging nearly caused a heart attack when I opened the box. Just a big,cardboard box and the plastic sleeved tower unit bracketed in broken bookends of styrofoam that left a LOT of room to rattle around inside during shipment. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the quality and performance of this purchase, but I feel like I only, luckily avoided what could have been a disaster in transit."
