"I was trying to use all my points and close my membership/account. The service rep was less than helpful. The whole membership is a scam. I had to spend 30$ anyway due to tariff prices. And then because I made a purchase I received 40$ more. But I can’t spend the 40$ on certain sale items when half the site is on sale so I am again having to spend another like 40$ plus tariff prices which are only 5$ this time."
