Afraid to install product - refrigerator filter!!!
"Received a replacement filter in late March 2020. Just went to install the replacement. When I unpacked the new filter, the gap between top and bottom pieces varies 1-2 mm, and there is white, crystal material visible in the crack. I removed the installed filter from the refrigerator, and that seam is tight, less than 0.5 mm, and the same size all around the old filter. I took pictures of both filters and reinstalled the old filter. It looks like the new filter might fail, sometime, and flood my kitchen and the finished basement ceiling below. The support and contact us pages give no option for me to contact or supply my pictures. Maybe this rating will stimulate a conversation. If not, my history with Filters Fast is done."
"They will lie to you about their inventory and keep you on the hook for orders until the very last minute and then cancel your order. If you need filters that are mission critical for businesses, don't rely on them."

"I called because the filter was the wrong size and I asked to replace it the women I talked to could not find the right one - she said we would get an e-mail for someone and we have not got a e-mail. So I have e-mailed them twice and not hear any thing. I would like a refund so how do I go about getting it?"

"Originally ordered filter was misrouted but FF expedited a replacement just in time for my holiday party. Meanwhile, original filter showed up too. FF made it gratis for my trouble. Cant ask for more than that. Good company."
"I ordered a Whirlpool filter set on Oct 23rd. After a month when nothing had arrived, I called and was told that there was a 20-day delay getting it from a warehouse, but it would ship the next day. Called again a week later, and again in early December. Each time i was told it was shipping the next day. Finally decided to cancel order. Now awaiting my refund! I don't expect it to be quick!"

"Just checked my account and my new, valid Capital One credit card is listed for future payments. Sorry for the inconvenience about having other card declined, it had been compromised,therefor the credit co. cancelled it and issued a new card. Regards"
"We replaced our filter with three filters from filters fast. I have already starting to use our third filter, as the first two would work for about 1 or 2 days, and then nothing would come through the filters. The third one seems to be working okay, so far (third day in). I took the ones that weren't working and removed and re-installed many time, only for them to stop working after about two runnings of water. The type and brand are the same I had previously purchsed from another company, which the past ones did work well. Sorry, I won't be purchasing from them. It is better to me to pay more for the real filter."

"According to your communications, my order 10789819 was shipped on the 13th August 2019 and till today I still haven't received my filters. 17 days for a delivery?!? This is much too long. I used to have FedEx service and got my filters much faster. It seems that I'll have to order my filters one month ahead of the expiry date... DHL does not provide a great service here."
