Car pouches
"I got two pouches that fit between the seat and the console. I hate when I drop something between the seats. These fit easily and do the job. They are just flexible plastic but I'm very happy with them."

Why don't you answer emails.
"I have sent e-mails to gearxs over the last week about something that was ordered & paid by PayPal, but never got a response to inquiries even to say you got my email & looking into it. I will not be a customer in future if that is how little response you show. I was a satisfied customer up until then."

excellent customer service, very bad product
"I bought a selfie stick, when it arrived I was so happy I took it out of the box it was beautiful. I charged it for 1 hour, it won't turn on, charged for 2 hours, still won't turn on, charged for 3 hours then four hours then overnight, but it still won;t turn on, I called GearXS, they were extremely helpful and offered me a replacement immediately without having to return the defective one. Great. I received the second one, and it was exactly as bad as the first one. Called GearXS again, and immediately offered me a refund. Excellent customer service. Bad product. I definitely will order from GearXS again, but not that selfie stick."

First time buyer. Last time buyer.
"Terrible experience. ordered item for Christmas 11/20. Item did not arrive. BEWARE! Customer service hours are 10-4pm central time. No weekends or evenings. Good luck getting a hold of someone! When I called I was told it was their error, would ship. Finally arrived almost 3 weeks later, damaged. Called again, was told to take photos and send to an email address they gave me. No word back. Called again. Said they gave me the wrong email address. Sent photos again. finally got a return label. Waiting on refund. Will never order from them again!!!Sorry!"

Warm hands!
"These lined gloves do the trick in the cold temps if needing to be out in the cold for a short amount of time; they are lined with flannel and they are fleece, so they keep my hands pretty toasty if I am not outside too long; I could not use them on the ski slopes though--they are not made for being outside for long periods of time.
They came quickly in the mail in great condition despite the terrible weather we have had lately."
