Very customer friendly
"I needed to order an AED for our medical office and didn't know where to start. Mallory was very helpful and walked me through the process. The quote she sent were easy to understand and once our selection was made and our order was placed our AED arrived very quickly. I would highly recommend Heartsmart!"

"Great experience! After my initial request for a quote, I received a phone call to follow up on any questions I had about purchasing an AED. Shannon did a great job corresponding with me by phone and email. They offered very competitive pricing. I purchased two AEDs today, and received follow up emails regarding how to register my AEDs and tracking information. Disclaimer: I have not received my AEDs and other supplies yet, so I cannot attest to the quality of the products."
