Excellent customer communications. Quality products
"I needed to revise my chainsaw due to a product design problem. Jacks supplied all the necessary OEM parts. Although several parts were out of stock, they kept me closely informed about the status of delivering those parts. That's great customer service. In the end I got all of the parts and all were OEM quality or better. That's a good product supplier. Thanks to Jacks for being a great source for replacement parts!"

"I’m satisfied that I was able to order the bolts I need to repair my snowblower, but after 5 weeks I’m still waiting for the “factory extended back order “ part to become available. I wish someone could just give me the specs for the bolt , length and thread pitch, so I could just find them locally. My $2 bolts also had $10 shipping so a local purchase would make more sense anyway."

"I'm retired U.S. Army living in Korea, still supporting troops. Sometimes it's difficult to find companies that will ship to APO addresses.
