I would have been happier with the seller if they contacted their buyers reguarding back ordered items. I found it difficult to contact the seller. "I ordered dance shoes last week because my daughter lost hers. Of course there are no local retailers for Irish dance shoes. We ordered on line with Keilys hoping to get a new pair for an upcoming event. Of course I ordered the wrong pair. The company was quick to make the exchange and we had the shoes within 4 days from the order. I had to contact them twice via e-mail, and got immediate response. Hope to do business with them again"
