"I was a little disappointed at having to telephone them several days after placing an online order for two items and seeing no shipping information followup. I telephoned twice during mid-morning with no answer and requested a callback but got none. I finally emailed and later in the day received an apologetic response saying the order hadn't shipped because one item was out of stock. However, I was promised that it would be in the following Monday and they would ship it the same day. They did because my granddaughter got her gifts the very next day...three days after her birthday. And she loved them."

"This is my second time ordering with Keily's iin the last 3 months and have received both orders on time. My second order has 2 items backordered which I did not know until the order arrived as they were stated as shipped on my shipping notification email. There was no indication of when these orders may arrive but luckily I don't need them until next month. Other than that they have a nice selection of items and my daughter is thrilled with her Irish dance shoes:)"
