"I ordered 3 cherry bushes from other well known companies that were a single whip and they eventually died, I reordered the cherry bushes and a peach treefrom Nature HIlls. There is on comparison in the size of the plants with Nature Hills cherry bushes being around 3-4 foot bushes with multiple stems and branches and they are doing fine so far. Any online shopping for trees, etc will be with this company"

Deceptive Company
"I placed an order on NatureHills.com for Purple Robe Locust Tree. After placing the order, I called a cousin who warned me about the tree so I called them within the same hour of purchasing and requested to cancel after I couldn't find a way to do it on my own on the website. The first time I called, I spoke to Barry who claimed he could provide me with a gift card for a future purchase, the second time I called, I was told the same thing. Both times I was advised the terms and conditions has the cancellation policy, which is not in the first fold of the page and isn't typical for a purchase path decision. Typically cancellation fees are prominent in or above the first fold of a websites page. I tried explaining this both times and no resolution was found. I attempted to cancel my order both times but they advised I have to accept either a gift card, hold of fund for future purchase or a refund reduced by the 10% cancellation fee. It's a deceptive business practice and not inline with what other online nurseries charge. I have filed a complaint with Nebraska AGO for the deception and am waiting for a response."

Apricot Tree order
"I've been looking for an apricot tree that will produce in our part of N. Nevada. We get late frosts and apricots rarely set. I did some research and learned that Tilton does well in our area but I couldn't find anyone in the area that sold it. I was thrilled to discover that Nature Hill had them and I ordered a potted tree which arrived very quickly in excellent condition. It seems to be very happy and we're hoping for a good crop in the next couple of years."

AVOID. Poor practices, terrible communication.
"Shipped a 12' tree in an 8' box truck AVOID AVOID AVOID
Shipped a 12' tree in an 8' box truck (were told when I ordered it would come on a flat bed truck). This was after zero communication from them on shipping, repeated calls to find out when it would be shipped so we could have our certified arborist plant the tree. Out of nowhere the tree arrived one day. I wouldn't have even known they jammed it into the box truck but I happened to be walking out the door as the delivery guy was climbing back into the truck and driving away.
Because there was no notification we had to wait two weeks to get on the arborist's schedule. After the tree was planted the straps attaching the tree to the pole were removed and that was when we discovered the trunk was broken 3' from the top of the tree.
Zero satisfaction after repeated calls to their customer service.

Amazing plant
"I ordered a caviar lime and it arrived a little distressed. It now has new growth on all branches and is beautiful to look at. NOT child friendly as it has thorns. I am looking forward to it blooming and producing fruit. Thank you for the chance to make the world beautiful!"
