"I placed an order on NatureHills.com for Purple Robe Locust Tree. After placing the order, I called a cousin who warned me about the tree so I called them within the same hour of purchasing and requested to cancel after I couldn't find a way to do it on my own on the website. The first time I called, I spoke to Barry who claimed he could provide me with a gift card for a future purchase, the second time I called, I was told the same thing. Both times I was advised the terms and conditions has the cancellation policy, which is not in the first fold of the page and isn't typical for a purchase path decision. Typically cancellation fees are prominent in or above the first fold of a websites page. I tried explaining this both times and no resolution was found. I attempted to cancel my order both times but they advised I have to accept either a gift card, hold of fund for future purchase or a refund reduced by the 10% cancellation fee. It's a deceptive business practice and not inline with what other online nurseries charge. I have filed a complaint with Nebraska AGO for the deception and am waiting for a response."
"All products should have photos. I had to go back and forth to google you find images with part numbers. I only continued my purchase because i trust Samsung.
Site should be mobile friendly!

Product hasn't come. My original card authorization fell off from 4/27, today my card was authorized again. I have had no emails from the company to say if the item had been shipped or not. Tried calling and it says they are closed for the day. Tried logging into the site and the system says I don't have an account."
