"Order took a very long tie to fill and still many items where left off the order. Also the medium size breeder box came cracked. I sent an email regarding this matter and ask for a replacement but still have not gotten a response. Please resolve this or direct this to the person who can take action on this."

"Horrible customer service. Nobody answers their phones, at the warehouse anyway. Stores answer their phones but can not help with online orders. And after all the BS I could the wrong product but I won't even try to call to straighten it our so I kept it."

Their last contact made it seem they were shopping the remainder of the order but I heard nothing else about it."
"I ordered and item months ago and was told there was a delay due to covid. I asked the company by email to cancel my order at least twice and they never responded but sent me and email today saying my order is being shipped. When I replied to the email and told them they were told to cancel that order weeks ago they claim they sent me an email about a restocking fee and were waiting on my response to issue a refund. How can you charge a restocking fee for an item that was not in stock when you were told to cancel it."

Order was wrong, as missing multiple items, but still charged for the entire order
"Customer service was basically non-existent after the order and the order was completely wrong. I ordered two of multiple items, but I was only sent one of each. I had to dispute the order with my credit card company, in order to get the money back, when attempts to get a refund or replacement were ignored by Pets Warehouse."
"The only reason I ordered from Pets Warehouse because of a specific dog treat that my dog loved. After over 6 weeks, I was advised that the product was not in stock. I was given a refund for that item but it caused me to wait 6 weeks to find it elsewhere."
"I contacted Pet Warehouse as it was only one of two places that had a dog toy that I was looking for. I had ordered it in two different colors and they contacted me in a timely fashion that one color was in stock and that the other color was going to be delayed at which point I requested that they send the one color for the full order quantity instead. I received them within the promised shipping time frame."
"I could not find the "chicken" flavoring dog food I usually buy for my dog. I assumed all images were correct. Since I did not see my bag of dog food, I bought the chicken flavoring bag of dog food you offered (I assumed THAT image referred that specific "chicken" recipe)
What I received however was exactly what I was searching for and what I always buy for my dog. Again though, I expected to receive the other "chicken" recipe that was associated with THAT specified bag of dog food.
Your website showed a different image of the chicken lotus food so I kept spending time searching because I assumed the image associated with this specified "chicken" flavored food was that specific chicken recipe.
If the image had been correct. It would have been a 1 click experience for me and not a 30 minute one.
THAT SAID, if I remember correctly, no website had the correct image for the specific food I was looking for not just you. THIS IS WHY I marked you as "Very Good".
