Absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered
"Horrible customer service. Nobody answers their phones, at the warehouse anyway. Stores answer their phones but can not help with online orders. And after all the BS I could the wrong product but I won't even try to call to straighten it our so I kept it."

Great Experiance
"I was having a real hard time find the correct wheels for my Chevy Colorado when I finally found them on CARiD. The customer service rep made sure that the wheels were actually going to work on my vehicle before I placed the order. He was very nice and courteous, just made me feel confident that the order was going to be processed correctly. Would definitely use CARiD if I had to."
