Package mishap.
"I've ordered from them before but this time I ordered an extra item that required them to ship in a larger box that wasn't properly packed. I order three lotions that they can send neatly wrapped in a small box where there is no extra room for them to jostle about but this time they were not tightly packed and one of the pump bottles loosened and some of the product leaked. It wasn't much (did make a mess) so I didn't bother to complain and I'm not really doing that now, but they really need to be more careful, even if they do wrap the bottles in shrink wrap securely, when they move around in a box, the product can leak."
