Abysmal
"I've been purchasing goods from internet sellers for many years. My experience with ProBikeKit was by far the worst I have had with any online retailer. I don't doubt that some customers promptly receive goods as ordered but this wasn't the case for me. When I notified the organisation that my goods had not arrived, I was sent a claim form which has to be downloaded, printed off, completed in handwriting, scanned and then sent back. This kind of claims mechanism is not appropriate for a 21st century online retailer. To ProBikeKit's credit, it did send me a refund but the process was extremely convoluted. Regardless of cost, I will never order from this site again."

Haven't received item ordered four WEEKS ago and their response is rather flippant - wait for a bit longer!
"I ordered a Polar H10 Heart Rate Monitor four weeks ago - on the 6th of April. ProBikeKit website states for Australian deliveries to "please allow 3 to 8 working days for delivery". I contacted them on the 21st of April for information on my consignment - all i got was a standard reply asking me to wait for some more time. Disgusting lack of customer service. Very misleading website - masquerades as an Australian business with ".com.au" in their web address. They are based in the UK. Stay away from these guys. Have reported to them to PayPal - waiting for a refund now."

Dont buy! at probikekit
"looket for a jacket price was 63$ moved to paypal and didnt pay attetion i was charged 90$. Sent a message to costumer service and they said they canot refund me because I already confirmed. Never buy there again! I spent aprox 1000$ there"

NO SERVICE, WRONG SHIPMENT, ARRIVED 2 WEEKS LATE, NO RESOLUTION.
"To start, I waited weeks before writing this review so that ProBikeKits had time to not only respond, but to try and make it right. Well, neither thing happened. I placed an order on Black Friday Weekend (end of November) for some Christmas gifts. The estimated delivery was “ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 16TH.” I placed the order thinking there's plenty of time, even if it's shipping from the UK and it's a few days late, that's still in time for Christmas. On December 18th, it hadn't shown up yet, and there was no tracking number, so I thought I would call customer service. Come to find out: THERE'S NO U.S. CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE. YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL CALL TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. So, I sent an email that morning, but also decided to make a call to get some answers/updates with my shipment. I was on hold for 5-10 minutes (again International Call time), and the representative said: “I see your shipment, it left 2 different warehouses on December 4th and 5th. We won't investigate or research this order until January 4th, which is one month from the shipping date. I also see the approximate arrival time, and I apologize, but the good news is that it is on it's way and will most likely show up in the next 48 hours.” I about LOST MY MIND, but there wasn't anything I could do but wait; so I did. On December 23rd, I sent ANOTHER email expressing my dissatisfaction and worry about getting these gifts in time. Still no response and I wasn't about to make another international call. The shipments finally arrived on December 27th and 29th. THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZES AND THE WRONG COLORS. I ordered Mediums and they sent Extra Smalls.. seriously? I sent one last email and waited until now, January 5th, for a response or instruction with what my options are for return/exchange/refund. STILL NO EMAIL RESPONSE, except for the automated ones saying, “Thank you for contacting us, we'll respond within 24 hours.” Bull%$#&. Also, miraculously, I received at least 6 advertising emails from them throughout this whole period.. hmmm. This was BY FAR my worst experience with an online order. I NEVER have these issues with any domestic company. I am a very understanding person and will work with you if you make an effort to work with me too. But there was NO negotiation, NO SERVICE, NO OPTIONS, AND THEY DON'T GIVE A &$%#. At this point, there's really nothing they can do to make this right. So, I will be posting this on every review site that I can find. Thank you."

Slow Response, but Customer Service Did Come Through Successfully
"I ordered 2 items: booties and a BB tool. The shipping box was not properly sealed and the BB tool was lost in shipping. I emailed and used their web contact tool to request a resolution. They took about 10 days to respond. I filled out their missing item form. Within 2 days the missing item replacement was processed and shipped to me. One week later I received the missing item. I will buy from them again. It is worth giving them another try."

Crooks
"On the 7/10/16 I ordered a Powertap G3 powermeter on the 10/10 they took the money out of my account,Track and Trace say on Tue Oct 11at 10:22 am the Shipment is pre-alerted and hasn't left their shop I have tried to make contact with their customer service and get a computer generated message saying they will be in contact within 24/48 Hours 3 weeks later still no reply. Is this Business going broke and taking peoples money or are they crooks ?"

"The story is too long for me to write or you to read. Suffice to say that I'm joining the list of unhappy customers. AND, I made the mistake of going back for seconds! Fool me once... SHAME ON ME! - AND SHAME ON YOU FOR NOT HEEDING MY ADVICE. You don't want to go there..."

Wrong wheelset returned, still waiting 3 months later
"Ordered a dura-ace 9000 c-24 wheelset. The rear wheel was an integra rs-81 so I had to send it back. They lost the returned item in there own warehouse for several weeks I was told. It's been 4 weeks now since they received it. They say there looking into the matter. This has been going on for 3 months since I originally placed the order. There customer service ****."

Unreasonable policy's
"Ordered around $230 worth of goods from PBK to find the prices had changed an hour after ordering by 25%. When emailed to cancel order or to be refunded the difference and was told it was not possible and would have to pay to return items myself. I strongly recommend avoiding this company as their policy's are very unreasonable and i will make sure to warn others members of cycling forums etc to avoid."

Do Not Shop With Pro Bike Kit- Terrible!!!
"The worst customer service of any bike shop I have ever experienced! They advertise low prices on so called flash sales, naturally you get a bit excited and buy that big item you've always wanted. Though a few other smaller items in the basket as you do. Go to checkout and pay.... Pretty simple hey? ..... Well NO. You get an email to say they have cancelled your order as they made a mistake on the price but you're welcome to buy it for almost double the advertised price??? WTF! They also make out that they are an Australian company but THEY ARE NOT. Don't waste you time with Pro Bike Kit when there are other companies out there who are a pleasure to deal with and treat their customers with respect."

Worst customer service anywhere (is that title "catchy" enough?).
"This company has really gone downhill. Packaging is horrible; boxes arrived ripped open and damaged. "Customer service" is really non-existent; they (The Hut Group) simply do not reply. Not much more needs to be said, really. Spend your money elsewhere and do not support the shoddy practices that are really starting to define PBK."

"I recently bought a pair of triathlon shoes as they were about $30 cheaper, plus it said free shipping! After ordering I realized it was not in the U.S, and thought free shipping from Europe and cheaper price, no way, SCAM. I was wrong. My shoes just arrived. Took about 2 weeks. I have read many other reviews and was very skeptical, but everything worked out fine for me."

"Probikekit use to be good in my opinion. But since it has been sold to The Hut Group and KKR have taken a holding the service has deteriorated. I would encourage you to buy elsewhere. If price is the most important factor for your purchase some other sites will price match."
