Great experience building a custom system
"After years of limping along my wife was ready to upgrade her old Windows 7 Photoshop computer. She's added 3D modeling to her arsenal of skills and the old beast just couldn't keep up. Obviously hardware and software have changed dramatically in recent years, so we were struggling to determine how to proceed. After coming across a reddit post recommending Puget Systems for this sort of thing I spent some time reading and playing with the configuration options. Two phone calls to Terrell at Puget helped us narrow everything down and her new computer is on it's way, ready to handle her needs today and with plenty of room to grow in the future. Very happy with our experience!
Update: Her system arrived, well packaged and in perfect shape. I appreciated the updates and photos of her system as it was being built and tested. Everything powered up fine and the initial set up was a snap with the enclosed guide. I've got all her programs and utilities installed and it's ready for her to put it to work. No glitches at all running it with a KVM switch, and both her printers installed easily and are running as expected. And man, this thing is fast! :)"

Delightfully, Puget Offers a Laptop
"I returned to Puget because my old Puget laptop is too old to run Windows 11. The old Puget laptop still runs plenty fast and has been problem-free despite almost constant use. It still runs all my apps.
The old Puget laptop is reliable and still fast. I think my new Puget laptop will also be highly reliable and even faster.
I found a winning company, Puget Systems. And that's why I'm getting my new laptop from them."

"Nathan spent extensive time with me exploring all the options for a custom build desktop, and configuring a system best suited to my needs. The proposal was delivered through their website, which is clean and easy to navigate. The cost is higher than buying a mass market workstation from a big box store. Puget System, The Best . . .
"My most recent purchase from Puget Systems is my second Puget Systems computer. I'm a landscape photographer who works with very large digital files. This new computer is able to process these files in Photoshop and Lightroom Classic in addition to the latest AI photography plug-ins, with ease.
As I have come to expect the folk at Puget Systems are true professionals who are interested in solutions for uses, not just selling hardware. The advice I received was honest, straightforward and correct!
The purchase and build process is efficient and fun. Being able to keep track of the "build" steps was educational, and fun, and made the short wait for shipment actually kind of enjoyable.
Support was immediate all the way through the process and even after receiving my computer. I was impressed by Puget Systems internal communications coordination. I would receive email responses from different members of the team, who quite obviously were very well briefed on "where we were" in the process of communicating on any given issue or question. I find that remarkable in today's world. Bravo to the culture there.
There's not a doubt that all of my future hardware / solutions needs will be met by this outstanding company.
