My Second Puget
"My initial experience back in 2018 was excellent. Every minor bump, real or imagined, was quickly attended to. The machine performed exceptionally well. They were even there to advise when I wanted to replace my spinning OS drive with an SSD. I had some weird blue screen issues in 2021 (Ticket #90476) and they helped with that too, no guff about extended warranties. Great company that stands by their machines!"
