"The ET450X-F1 arrived with a broken landing gear skid. I suspect it was damaged during shipping. The unit was very poorly packaged for shipping with only cardboard between fragile parts and the outside world. There was no styrofoam to absorb any form of impact. The mini CD was blank or could not be read. At this point hopefully customer service can be of some help."

"i would not buy a thing from them again,,i paid $889 for a 1/5scale rc car that i ordered from them and paid extra for fast shipping 3-7 days,3 weeks later i get a car i didnot order
the car i ordered was to have a metal chrome roll bar,,chrome wheels,,alloy bead locks,,and the car i got had a plastic roll bar,,black wheels,,and cheap plastic beadlocks,,so i asked them about it and was told it was a upgraded model i recieved,,
i donot call plastic an upgrade over alloy,,and was told that they no longer make whot i ordered??why didnt they tell me that before takeing my money?? also i started it and several screws fell out after a few minuts of running,,i tried to put them back in and fount the threds were stripped out,,but still shipped,,,poor quality,,i told them about all of this and was told i would get all parts i needed to fix it to whot it was supposed to be,,and 2 weeks later all i get is excuses,,
i wanted to send it back but it would cost $300 to send this problem back to them,, and still i get nothing but excuses and empty promises from them,,after being told several times they would fix the problem,,so buyer beware ,,i would advise you to look at another seller and save yourselfe a big headache
and a frustrateing big problem,,trust me i have been through it
with these flakey people,,,also when i got it the it the box was
in verry poor shape,,and it had a bent front chassis in wich i had to dissassemble it to fix itand i am not at all happy with the way i have been treated for haveing spent $889 of my hard earned money,,and i will never buy a thing from them again
nor will i refer them to anyone"

"The helicopter I ordered from RC Helicopter Select didn't work when it arrived and if I want to return the "JUNK" product, I have to pay to ship it to China where they said they would test it to see if it is defective. When I order something from a company, I expect it to work, if it doesn't, the company should do everything they can to get me a quality product at no expense to me. This company has terrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend ordering from them ! This was an easter gift for my son and it is now April 25th and my son's easter gift is still sitting in a box not working because I haven't gotten any satisfaction from this company !"

"I Purchased a F J Cruiser Remote Control Car. The Service was Great, The Product is an excellent likness. The only problem that I had was the box was very badly damaged in transit damaging the Roof Rack on the Car. So maybe future products could be better padded for transit. Thanks"

"Do not pay for express shipping. The extra payment is a scam. The shipping times that the seller states are lies. Your order will be made in China and they have no control over when your item will be made or shipped. They will use stalling tatics by sending you a tracking number that will not work and keep telling you that your item has been shipped and to wait a few days for the tracking number to work. After you complain and wait about 2 weeks they will blame the USPS and again say your order has been shipped and send you another tracking number that will not work. After you complain again, the tracking number mysteriously works and you find that your order is still in China. Meanwhile you have waited 3 weeks and still no delivery. Even though you cancel your order before the shipment is made, they will continue to send it and tell you that you need to refuse delivery and the item will be sent back to the seller. You will have to wait 2 days to get a refund after they receive the item. In other words, you may never see your money again or wait months to get it back. Luckily, I used PAYPAL which has a pay after delivery option. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER."

"Wow Once the order was ordered, it only took 6Days to receive parcel, unbelieveable from China to L>A> thru customsand back to Hawaii. Six days including weekend, I've got parts coming from L A for 2 weeks. Outstanding service From R/C Select, nobody had the parts I needed For a Dynam E-450 except R/C Select and a place in Germany, but they wouldn't ship to me, So R/C Select really came through for me and I'm not grounded any more. You'll get my future business, thank you. Gary."

"Terrible, heli wouldn't fly straight at first. Response to control was slow and heli went where it wanted to. Will not purchase this model again. Got one for Christmas and had problems with that. Bought this and used 1'st one for parts."

"item arrived badly packaged from logistics company in china and not from rchelicopter select warehouse. damaged box and no protection. item fuselage was cracked. led did not work and battery only lasted 3 mins. this dealer has failed to reply to my emails. they said they would ship me the replacement parts but i cannot get hold of them. would never buy from them again. stay away!!!!"
