Perfect!
"Female, 127lbs restless (mostly side sleeper) dealing with hot flashes, lupus and arthritis joint pain. This is my 3rd mattress in approximately 5 years. Memory foam was too hot, my last one was too firm but Goldilocks finally found her "just right" fit with this Saatva classic, plush-firm mattress! Listen to the reviews and Saatva buying guide recommendations! This is not a normal "plush" mattress that you are going to sink into, but it gives you just enough softness on top to take the pressure off those achy joints and is plenty firm underneath to provide great support. Did I mention how beautiful it is? Most importantly, thanks to the extremely patient young man that took my order. He answered all my questions, addressed my hesitations, disclosed the return fee (which wont be necessary) and helped to direct me to my perfect mattress!"

"The Saatva mattress is one of the highest quality mattresses that I've owned! Also, I can't rave enough about Saatva's customer service and their attention to detail. We love our mattress and when we called in for questions, their support team was able to address our needs very quickly. I called them on a Saturday and Joseph was incredibly empathetic and helped resolve the issue quickly by helping us order a new topper! I am so impressed with their customer service and will only be ordering my beds from Saatva in the future!"

"I just made a purchase from the Saatva's website, and noticed that it was paid with Paypal Balance and my linked bank account instead of the Paypal Credit. I called the customer service, and Michael is extremely helpful and resolved the issue for me right away. Excellent customer service!

Great mattress, even better customer service
"I ordered a Saatva mattress and got it in two weeks. The mattress is very high quality, firm but not hard, and very sturdy. I ended up moving in with my girlfriend a few months later, and was able to return the mattress and get my money back minus $99 shipping fee - because it fell within 120 days of delivery. On top of that, it took less than 2 minutes to make the return transaction on the phone. No sitting on hold, no getting passed from one dept to the next, no annoying attempt to up-sell me."
