Carl was great
"An awesome experience from start to finish. Carl completely fixed my problem with Microsoft Office Suite within 20 minutes in a kind, professional, and efficient manner. It was 5am and I was ready to completely lose it! He managed to keep me informed, fixed my problem (all my own doing, of course, not the problem of the purchase), and was totally nice the entire time. I can't commend him enough. A great experience."
