Great mattress, even better customer service
"I ordered a Saatva mattress and got it in two weeks. The mattress is very high quality, firm but not hard, and very sturdy. I ended up moving in with my girlfriend a few months later, and was able to return the mattress and get my money back minus $99 shipping fee - because it fell within 120 days of delivery. On top of that, it took less than 2 minutes to make the return transaction on the phone. No sitting on hold, no getting passed from one dept to the next, no annoying attempt to up-sell me."
