"Tech support was not at all helpful. When I tried to install the software it kept referring to office 360 which I didn't want as I bought the stand alone 2019 version. The tech guy said to call Microsoft which I did not. I ended up figuring it out myself, apparently they use 360 to install the stand alone versions, it would have been nice had they told me that. But its installed and I have only used Word, seems to work."
