Needed support in reactivating Microsoft Office 2021 Home & Business for Mac
"I was unable to use my Microsoft word (lifetime license) program, as it suddenly stopped working.I struggle to figure out how to get it working again. I contacted Softwarekeep.com where I had purchased the program about one year ago.

Help with Outlook 2021 not working.
"My Outlook email started being unable to sync with my email provider after using for a year. Nothing I tried fixed it. I contacted your company since you are the ones I bought it from. I started a chat with Daniel. He was able to diagnose the problem and correct the issues I was having. It now works. Daniel was excellent. It was obvious he know what he was doing and knew all of the things to look at to fix the problem. I am now up and running...thanks to Daniel."

Smooth, even with a slight glitch
"I purchased two different Office editions. One downloaded with no problem. The other (older edition) link gave me a message: "server not found". I immediately used the Chat Support feature to ask for help. After just a few minutes, I was given a valid link and was able to download the software. I appreciated the swift service and correction of the issue. In addition, the site had useful information to help me decide which versions to buy - and great prices!
