Excellent customer service from Daniel!
"Daniel helped me with some difficulties I was having with the installation of my SoftwareKeep purchase.
His expertise and patience were very much appreciated! He was courteous and knew exactly which questions to ask in order to pinpoint the problem. After recommending the use of a different web browser, he waited on the chatline until the new browser was downloaded and the software then installed and activated on my computer. It is so rare to find such excellent customer service these days!
I am very impressed with my experience with SoftwareKeep and highly recommend this company."

"I received the wrong product key, Office LTSC vs Home and Business, but was able to activate the product with MS's phone activation. Not sure what's legit and what's not.
The seller replied which I appreciate and I've raised my review from 2 stars to 3 stars."

Good with caveats
"Price is good, selection is good. My experience of customer service involved recieving 20+ emails in the span of 3 days of completing an order on the website. Yes, all were automated. When reaching out directly to an agent, there was a longish (5-10 minute wait). The agent replied slowly when connected, and gave out a piece of advice that was wrong. I thanked the agent and then realized that the coupon code I was about to use was actually now invalid, when the agent told me it wouldn't be.
This experience was slightly different from two prior experiences I had with this company/website - months and years ago. Does all this really matter? Not exactly, but, this experience makes me slightly wary of this company/website now, when thinking of dealing them again in the future."

Windows 11 Pro Upgrade Problem
"I would like to recognize Daniel for quickly responding to and solving a problem I had while trying to upgrade my computer from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro. Daniel was able to provide me with new replacement product keys that immediately worked and activated the operating system. As a result, my computer is now up and working and I personally thank Daniel's time and efforts in this matter! Without a doubt, SoftwareKeep is the BEST company to purchase your software from!"

SoftwareKeep - Great Support Should You Need It
"Have purchased much software from SoftwareKeep in prior years. Always a good experience. Purchased a brand new HP notebook this week, and purchased a M/S Office suite from SoftwareKeep to load onto the new HP. Had difficulty in installing the Office software. Not to worry, a quick chat with Daniel gave me the steps to a successful installation. I have rarely needed help with software installations. But good to know SoftwareKeep is at the ready with accurate solutions if ever needed."

"I had an issue with my license and I wasn't able to edit any of my Microsoft Office documents. I reached out to SoftwareKeep.com via the chat and got connected to Daniel remotely.
