Fast Software Download Delivery - Super helpful when Microsoft dropped the ball
"Ordered old school Excel for download & local install. None of the Office 365 crap. Upon receipt of the product key I was linked to activate at Microsoft personal account page (so you know these guys are legit). Unfortunately MS is probably using AI to design their website - and I got caught in a loop of enter key, click to download, enter key, click to download. I replied to the order email from Softwarekeep and Daniel got back to me in like 3 minutes. He provided me with an alternate link and I was downloading, installing, and running my local copy of Excel in no time flat. 5 STARS"

"I purchased an Office Suite for my Mac in July, 2024. I have had a continual problems with warnings from Microsoft that updates could not be completed---the bar froze at about 5%.
Daniel was the fifth person I communicated with for support; and he was the first one that nailed it all perfectly on the first try! He sought information from me, guided my response, and replied in near instantaneous time. I was up to steam in abut 35 minutes total.

"I reached out originally to customer service for a refund because the product that I bought Microsoft for my computer did not download because it wasn’t configured to the proper country the United States. When I reached out, they then charged me again for the same product and only issued me one refund and then I had to fight with customer service and still currently fighting with customer service to obtain my second refund Buyer beware do not buy from this company"

"I paid for software and a backup copy on USB. The vendor cancelled the USB backup, without giving a reason, and failed to provide an alternative method for downloading and installing the software. So Merry Christmas 'Sotware Keep', but it ain't gonna be a Happy New Year for me because (living up to your name ?) you've NOT supplied the software !"
