"Solidapollo have solved a problem I have been wrestling with for the past year. How do I find a reliable, reasonable, and responsive supplier of LED lighting. Their website is really easy to navigate, their lead times are short and their delivery times (at least to the west coast) are fantastic. I no longer dread seeing LED lighting on electrical plans. Their staff are very knowledgeable to the point that one of them called me to point out that the drivers i had purchased did not match the total wattage of the lighting. I was aware of the problem but it was still nice to know that someone else was looking out for me. This order was my 4th with solidapollo and i have no doubt that i will be back."

"Customer service agent was very helpful on the phone in helping me choose the LED lighting system best suited for my application. He also gave me good advice about how to install the system. After I received my lighting kit and accessories, I was a little disappointed that there were not instructions in how to properly connect the Snap&Lite LED Strip Interconnector Cables. After connecting a couple incorrectly, resulting in some bad connections, I figured it out, but only after ruining a section of the LED light strip."

"Great Experience, Great Customer service and Great product. Andrew was very helpful with materials list and was able to provide extensive information regarding the product which helped in the purchase decision, even doing a parts take-off from plans that I had drawn up. Product arrived quickly and complete. Had a problem with a dimmer that was quickly replaced. Follow-up e-mails regarding status of product were done by Manuel, the president of the company. I have already recommended this company to others."

"Good customer services. I ordered a 4-ways RGB splitter for my LED strips in garage. It did not work the first time as I was trying to connect it with my strips, but it worked just fine with my other 1 way connectors. So I contacted their customer service and wondered if it is defective. They replied me a detail explanation with pictures, and told me if it was still not working, they would recall the item. Fortunately, everything just worked well by following their instructions."

"Solidapollo.com is outstanding. My husband and I ordered LED lights for our kitchen cabinets and they were shipped quickly without any problems. Their warm white color adds a beautiful glow to our kitchen. We also ordered exterior LED lights to place under our handrail. Solidapollo was extremely helpful and cut the lights to the correct lengths and waterproofed the connections so they could be used outside. My general contractor and I were both thrilled with their service and quick response. I highly recommend them."

"SolidApollo has a well done website that is easier to understand and navigate than some other LED vendors where I've shopped. Prices are very good in comparison but unless you're ordering a lot of LEDs, the $10 base Priority Mail shipping cost will probably end up being a good portion of your order (which is fair considering the nice prices!)
This is my second order placed with them. I ultimately ordered two bulbs that were too large for my application (a risk I knowingly took) and returned them for an RMA and exchange. The process was smooth and they decided to be more generous with the exchange than was noted in their policy. I'm quite happy with them and will be recommending their products to friends!"
