"Beware of Stateline Tack - And PLEASE compare prices before even thinking about buying from them.
They're blowing up their prices, claiming "sale" and the "sale price" is still 2 - 3X higher than what other companies are charging. They're also lying about what the "list price" is on items, inflating them to preposterous amounts.
I tried to communicate with them about it thru a virtual chat where “Glendaly H” essentially told me to go to hell, stating, “Every company sets their own prices." before abruptly ending the chat.
It's important to price check so you don't get ripped off, and I also think it's important to let companies like Stateline Tack know that what they're doing is outrageous.
Here are three examples of price differences I collected today:

Missing package for months and dont issue a refund
"They wrote the wrong address on my package and it never showed up to my house and ended up going all the way back to colorado, and now after i issued a refund with a missing package report its been almost two months and i have not received my money.."

The gate I was ordering clearly states $104.99 with 30% off but during the checkout it suddenly changed to $112.99 plus shipping. Because of this obvious flaw in their system I started looking at the reviews and discovered out of approximately 100 reviews there rating is only one star out of five. Forget it not gonna buy from this crappy company, they were obviously a rip off. I also found out that if you have to return an item common even if it is their fault even if it is a defective item or they sent you the wrong item you have to pay to return it to them and then you’re only allowed to order the exact same item, they will not issue a refund they will only issue an exchange but if the item is no longer on sale they’re going to charge you the full price. What a scam! I have screenshots to prove but they increase the price but at the moment I’m not seeing anywhere to post them, maybe after I submit my review?"
"So they sent the incorrect item. When I called to get the correct item they said no problem. We will send a return form to tour email. Once you return the incorrect item your original item will ship. Wth? So essentially they took my money sent me the wrong thing and are now holding my item hostage until I fix their mistake ? Worse customer service ever. Still waiting for the return form and a supervisor to call back so it will be weeks before I receive the item I paid for. They also refused to refund me on that item until I send their incorrect item back??? Can I file with the fraud department with my credit card as I did not receive what I paid for? I am passed that I am having to wait for the item I paid for and will not receive before Christmas. No compensation. They are refusing to send it overnight? And all because they made a mistake which is not my problem. Help!!!!!???"
"Make sure whatever you purchase that it's going to be an exact fit. State Line doesn't pay for return on items. Plus, they hold your money an extra 7-10 days while you wait for an authorization code to be able to return. Once you return, it's another 7-10 days before you actually get your refund."
"Bought a halter for an ave. sized horse. Measured all over and bought the one they said would be the right fit. Halter is way too big, measures bigger than the description. Now they want me to pay shipping and a 10% restocking fee because I opened the package. I asked to talk with a manager and she said she would have one email me. Yea right. After waiting 3 weeks for the item and then not having it fit, I will go back to Amazon and great customer service!!!!"

"First time ordering and will never consider ordering from them again. I wanted to spread my purchases outside of Amazon so I purchased on March 24; received a notice my product had shipped April 8 and finally contacted them on April 20 to inquire and I was informed that they had cancelled my order and that they had no further information on whether they would carry my product. When I asked why my order history states "order shipped" if it was actually cancelled, they gave an apology as genuine as their scriptwriter could make it. This Is my 2nd review ever and my experience with this company was the worst. Since my order I have received 42 unsolicited emails from them and not a single one let me know they cancelled my order."
"I purchased an english saddle from stateline, and it didn't fit my horse properly (I DID Pay attention to the width, but it didn't provide enough information to 100% ensure the fit). I called to ask how to return (per their instructions), and they emailed me the address to mail it back to, and said use the shipping company of my choice. No shipping label provided. I had to pay $200.00 to ship a saddle that cost $350, AND they charge at 10% restocking fee on top of that!!!!!! Biggest scam ever!"
Great company ordered my boots on Thursday night showed up at my door Monday with Free Shipping!
"I have been a long time state line shopper even back to the days of when they had psychical store locations. I needed a pair of winter boots that were waterproof and found a great pair on their website. Was reasonably priced with free shipping so I figured I would try them out. They got here in less than 2 business days during the holiday for free I was figuring I wouldnt see these until well into January so this was very pleasant surprise."
"I will not shop here or at any of their other sites again. Unfortunately, this is the only place you can read a real unfiltered review for statelinetack.com (and as you can see there are a lot of bad reviews) because they filter their reviews on the website and apparently the BBB gives them a free pass because they are paid members. I wish I would have done more internet searches for reviews before ordering. I had a terrible experience with this DISHONEST company. I placed my order on 7/16/2020 for a new fly sheet. The website said it was in stock and would ship 2-5 business days. They moved the shipping date twice all while it said it was in stock on their site. It is now 8/5/2020 and they sent me an email cancelling my order *SAYING THEY NO LONGER CARRY THE ITEM DESPITE IT STILL BEING AVAILABLE AS IN STOCK ON THEIR WEBSITE.* Before this, I sent two emails and made two phone calls to the company inquiring about the order. I received no response from the emails and could not get a person on the phone via their 'customer service' number. I can't believe the BBB 'accredits' this company and it shows how much you can't really trust BBB anymore either. Very disappointing on many levels. This company does not deserve your business. In the age of Amazon-level customer service this company doesn't even register on the map. I will spend my money elsewhere."
"State Line Tack refuses to cancel non-shipped orders!
Placed order & website stated it would ship in 4-6 days. Then I got an email saying that it would be 7-14 days. 14 days after placing the order, I got an email saying it would ship the following week--3 weeks from date of initial order. Wrote them requesting order be cancelled--no response. Called customer service at two week mark to cancel--they said it had shipped, then I told them that their email that same morning said a ship date a week from today. They stammered & said they would email the warehouse, but there was no guarantee that the order would be cancelled. What kind of business cannot cancel an order when notified by the customer? Any online business will cancel an order if it has not been shipped! State Line Tack seems to have shady business practices if they will not cancel an order that has not shipped!
My advice: order from another company that has reasonable customer service and honest shipping policies!"
