Disappointed they don't post bad reviews on products
"I recently bought 2 pair of boots for my sons before the 30dys was up the toe separated from the sole of the boots on both pair. Stateline did a great job replacing them which I really appreciated. Within 3 weeks of having the new pairs - both pairs did the same thing AGAIN! I decided to accept my loss, but wanted to warn other people. SO I logged onto state line site to leave a review and they won't post it. I tried again and it says it has received my review. I know they post reviews because I left a positive review for my boots and it posted immediately. SO word of advice don't purchase Smokey Mountain kids Luke boots and I would caution someone from ordering from a company that won't post negative and positive reviews. UPDATE ****8/28/17 I received an email 7 days from Stateline stating they would check into the review with the "party" that handles it.. Still not posted!"

Horrible customer support and business practices
"In the world of horse supply sellers Horse Line Tack falls short. We have recently purchased some stuff that turn out to be the wrong size. Trying to return it has been an nightmare. According to their website return informations will be inclosed on the packing slip - WRONG !!!! No info included, no return label . NOTHING!!!! When we try to call it turn out that you can only reach return department or anyone from customer care during business hours. Sorry but don't they know that most of the shopping happens after people return home from work/ I try calling the number listed on their website. Unless you want to buy something , they are not willing and not able to help. In any case -- not a good experience. This business give a bad name to online shopping . They really should make an effort to join 21st century."

Stay far away!
"I ordered from them 3 times each time they took forever to ship . One item ( sheepskin seat pad) they didn't ship for 3 weeks! They sent me a badley stichted Rambo cooler and but me through the ringer for the return. I still didn't get my money back!!!!"

Recommend not using this company!
"The experience buying through this company was terrible. Paid extra for shipping to get the product sooner, which was pointless. Customer service is terrible, employee's are rude. Took forever to get a refund and will never see the refund for the 20 dollar shipping that got the product to us the same time standard shipping would have. Will never buy from this company again and have informed others to steer clear as well."

Great Customer Service!
"I placed an order for Christmas for my friend. I ordered the wrong size shirt. I contacted State line tack customer service to return the shirt & get a bigger size. First I want to say thank you state line tack for having your call center in the US. Second the lady I spoke with (I forgot her name) was amazing and went above and beyond to make my return as simple as possible. Keep up the good work! I will definitely be a returning customer."

Borders on Bad Experience
"I have ordered from State Line Tack 5 times in the last 18 months. There is nothing about the experience that leaves me wanting to purchase from them again. Frankly, I only order from them when their site is the only one that has the exact product I am looking for. I NEVER receive a ship notification, when I call for order status inquiry the hold time is very long and this merchant uses FedEx SmartPost on most orders. The delivery time for this economy service is almost two weeks. I did have one return of defective spurs. The return process is clunky and inconvenient. You have to call for return authorization and take pictures of the defective product."

Absolutely Furious!
"I ordered a DRAFT-sized saddle and was sent a Quarter-horse size. When I called to get it returned, they logged it as "didn't fit" and when I got the return authorization I found out it was through a third-party seller that was requiring a 10% restocking fee PLUS return shipping--well over $100 that I had to pay. Despite repeated phone calls (and Stateline listening to my original recorded call) they claim they can do nothing because I didn't take pictures before returning the saddle. They never asked for pictures because they logged it as a customer error!!!"

Horrible Company
"Do not buy from this company. They are always on back order or out of stock but don't tell you but they take your money right away. and then it's like pulling teeth to get it back. There don't take returns, are full of excuses and rude. They sent a friend a bucket of half used supplements. Customer service reps are rude. They have great reviews on their web page because they approve all reviews. If you write a bad review no one will ever see it, they are dishonest and should be put out of business. Spread the word, they are terrible."

State Line Tack sent the wrong size item ... then they want to argue that the product they sent me is the size on the package
"I have spent the last 3 days trying to return an item that was mailed to me incorrectly. My first step was to notify you that I had not received the item I ordered and asked "customer service" how to return it so Stateline Tack could mail the correct item. Since then I have been asked to take a picture of the item to prove it is the incorrect item. Then I was asked to measure the item, and now I have been asked to take a picture of me measuring the item to "prove" that you sent me the wrong item. I will never do business with Stateline Tack, and I will advise my friends in the horse world to never do business with you as well. I really needed this latigo for an upcoming trail ride, and I was sure I had ordered it in time. It looks like I was wrong and will find another supplier."

Wrong size and they want to argue!
"I ordered a pair of Justin Gypsy boots. While on the site I clicked for a size 6.5 I received the boots today and they are a size 10! I called customer service immediately and told ***** what had happened, she tells me that from my computer I had ordered a size 10. I explained to her again that I chose a size 6.5 when I ordered, I wasn't sure why it was switched to a 10 or how it happened. She explains that she will have to get the resale information and acted like that was a huge inconvenience for her. Try having boots shipped to you 3 1/2 sizes too big! I ordered boots, not skis! She continued to argue... I was then told that this would be investigated by a manager and I would receive a call back... I'm waiting. With customer service like that, don't try to return anything! Will NEVER shop with this company again. I paid good money for boots... and I am left with NOTHING... I want my correct size boots and I don't want to be charged for shipping or any other BS..."

"Never order from this so called business. Let me tell you a little about my experience. I placed my order on the 12th of December with an extra expense to get my order on time for Christmas. When I spoke to someone from customer service they told me they couldn't guarantee by Christmas so they would take off the shipping fee. I was under the impression that It would be late due to the holiday. I called again to speak with customer service and was told that it was cancelled due to not having the item in stock. If I only had read the reviews, I wouldn't have wasted my time, and my daughter would have had her boots that she asked for Christmas. All of these reviews are true. Please don't waste your time. Its a true disappointment if your buying for a loved one or for yourself."

"I ordered Justin Ladies Gypsy Square Toe 12in Camo Boot 8.5 Item No.: E011153 85 on 12/17/15. At that time the website said "In stock". No mention what so ever of them being back ordered. I paid $6.99 for 7-10 day shipping. I emailed them to find out if my package had been shipped, their response was the item was back ordered. I then called to find out when I might get the order. The woman who took my call said they had 100 in stock and that there was no reason for the package to be late. The woman said she would call me back and never did. Horrible customer service!!! Then I got an email from them saying the boots would be shipped on the 23rd. In tracking the package I should get the order January 4th, so I paid $6.99 for "7-10 day shipping" for them to get here in 18 days? Had I known this item was back ordered at the time of purchase I would have bought them from some other retailer. I am extremely disappointed that all other sites tell you at the time you order that an item is back ordered and may be delayed. At this point it would seem I'll be lucky if this gift gets here by mid January!!!"

"I am so ridiculously mad about this company. I ordered things for my granddaughter for Christmas - yes cutting it close (I ordered on Dec 17 - all in stock) I still can't find out what has been shipped and what has not. Poor customer service and a very poor web site to navigate (except for ordering!) OMG I'm so mad thinking that little girl won't get her stuff. Then I ordered an e-card on December 18... it's December 22 and I just got an email giving me a # that my daughter can use! No copy of the e-gift that I should be able to copy and give it to her on the holiday. Just an email #! Are you kidding? How do these people stay in business. I'm done with them and I would recommend the same. P.S. I'm am older and am generally a VERY patient person. This is unacceptable!"
