Disappointed they don't post bad reviews on products
"I recently bought 2 pair of boots for my sons before the 30dys was up the toe separated from the sole of the boots on both pair. Stateline did a great job replacing them which I really appreciated. Within 3 weeks of having the new pairs - both pairs did the same thing AGAIN! I decided to accept my loss, but wanted to warn other people. SO I logged onto state line site to leave a review and they won't post it. I tried again and it says it has received my review. I know they post reviews because I left a positive review for my boots and it posted immediately. SO word of advice don't purchase Smokey Mountain kids Luke boots and I would caution someone from ordering from a company that won't post negative and positive reviews. UPDATE ****8/28/17 I received an email 7 days from Stateline stating they would check into the review with the "party" that handles it.. Still not posted!"
