"Hi,
I ordered a bluetooth jawbone around week ago and i just got it today. The device is working very well and the whole process was easy. The only thing that bothers me a little is that there is no box in which i can store the bluetooth.
Anyway, I think that doesn't really have to do with you but with the way you get the deice so I'm more than happy to rate this whole deal 5 stars (or a 10

"ThriftyComputer delivered as advertised. The iPhone 3Gs came with the manual, original box, charging cable and a plug into the wall charger.
The iPhone was shipped by USPS because I work overseas and had to be delivered to an APO address. It was shipped priority mail and arrived within a week."

"I have never done business with this seller, but I must confess that this is the most impressive service I have received since I began to order product online almost 10 years ago. The shipping was right on the money, and the delivery was on time. The only hitch I had was a misquotation of the delivery address which delayed the delivery by only a few hours. I called back to the shipping department, and they quickly fixed things and I picked up the item the same day. Thanks for a wonderful service. "I was a little worried when I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone at Thriftycomputer. My emails weren't answered...but then they called me and apologized for the inconvenience. Very friendly customer service, and they send the iphone I ordered "Next Day Air". Iphone is in great shape with no visible scratches. Very satisfied with their product and customer service."

"Almost two weeks ago, I purchased some Jabra BT8010 stereo bluetooth headphones. A few days after the purchase, I received a phone call that they did not offer this (they left me a voice mail). I tried to call them three times last week and left them messages every time... NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK. And, I have not been issue a refund.
How much worse customer service could you have!? As soon as they couldn't fulfill the order, they should have issued a refund!
UPDATE:
I received a call today from Thrift Computer. They issued me a refund for the original purchase and since this was their fault, they also sent me a similar Bluetooth headset at no charge. From my standpoint, this issue is closed... however, I am not sure if I'd do business with them again."
