"This is my first purchase from this store. In general, I am very happy with the transaction. My only comment is that I used the overnight shipping option. My experience in the past is that overnight delivery normally guarntees delivery at the destination address by 10:00am. However, this store used the UPS "overnight saver," which means the package can be delivered at any time the following day. The shipping information did not specify that the option was for "overnight saver," which it should have. Other than this, I was quite happy."

"I am a new builder who has purchased 3 operating systems from vioSoftware over the last 2 or 3 months. The first 2 purchases were simple and painless; the third there was a problem. vioSoftware made the situation right and did so quickly. They sent me a replacement via next day mail. They have the best prices and the best customer service. I highly, highly recommend the company. I know I will continue shopping with them. If you are a builder, get your hardware from NewEgg (or their sister Chief value) and get your software from vioSoftware."

"I ordered an OEM CD from VioSoftware on 1/10/2006. I waited several weeks, but never received my order, which was shipped via US Mail. However, I called customer service and got right through. The person I talked to was very helpful and sent another copy out that day via UPS, and I received it promptly.
It's not the fault of VioSoftware that the CD was lost in the mail, and thier customer service did a great job!"

"Very pleased. I was pleasantly surprised when I found Viosoftware a couple years ago. They had a ridiculously cheap price for a program one of my clients needed. I figured...at that price if there were any problems I could take a chance that they were scammers.
I got that order (and every one I have placed since) within UPS shipping time. I don't think I have even PLACED an order with them that didn't ship the SAME DAY.
I called their customer service before placing an order once. It sounds like a small shop, but the rep was able to answer my question quickly and accurately.
Very pleased, would do business with them again."
