"I would like to write a pleasant & happy experience, but unfortunately I have yet to completely receive what I ordered.
Your people were most helpful, but have yet to deliver what I ordered, i.e., a diving board with mounting hardware. The board is missing all the mounting hardware. Your personel asked me to double check and I confirmed the hardware is missing. Customer service advised they would send hardware. It is still not here. Maybe next week? Looking forward to receiving and then I can confirm how helpful George Li and others are in resolving problems. Note: He keeps me apprised of updates/delays associated with the STORM up EAST!!!"

"I purchase the Primo Oval XL Grill on a Sunday night. Monday early afternoon I received the shipping notification complete with tracking information. Wednesday afternoon I received the grill nicely packaged and undamaged. While the price of the grill was high than what I wanted, Yard and Pool had one of the better prices which included free shipping. Overall I'm very satisfied with the order process, communication and time to ship from Yard and Pool."
