"I'm a local CCS and ASRA roadracer. I was testing race bike I decided to stop by Cycle Gear to pick up some spark plugs for an upcoming race. I have no kickstand on the advice so I've decided to park on the sidewalk up against the wall leaving the sidewalk clear impossible. An employee met me angrily I told me that I had to get off the sidewalk that I couldn't come in. Meanwhile the other side of the sidewalk had handicap access was completely blocked by inventory for Cycle Gear. I told this female employee that I had called ahead for spark plugs I'd be inside 5 minutes tops. She told me to wait outside while she went and checked. I waited a few minutes then went inside anyway because it was hot and I didn't want to have to go all the way up to Laurel Cycle Gear. I did get the spark plugs but this employee **** had an attitude from the first second I pulled up. And continues to have an attitude while I was purchasing items in the store."

"We have been to this Springfield location a handful of times now, and it has always been a good experience. No matter what sales person we have interacted with, they have always been knowledgable, helpful and accommodating to our needs. The only issue if I had to say is that we have had to return items due to improper fit and the system always seems to be down. They have to call in to get it taken care of which requires additional time. However, that is no fault of the store that I am aware of and I don't really ding them on that."
