"Store manager needs a lesson in how to treat customers…bought my wife’s helmet from there…bought Bluetooth from Amazon because it was cheaper…the manager told me that she would install the Bluetooth in the helmet I bought from her store. Went back today to do so and was going to do my own helmet while I watched her do my wife’s and she wasn’t in the store. A young guy named Jerome or Jeremy assisted me and I explained to him the situation and he offered to do both helmets. I told him great and as he was finishing the first helmet the store manager came in. She said to him we don’t do that . I thought she was joking because this is not the first time I had shopped the store. I spoke to her and she did not speak back. I figured she didn’t hear me so when she came out the back I spoke again and she ignored me. So when the young guy was done. I thanked him and had given him a tip for doing so. As much as I shop Cycle Gear over the past 6 years I never had a problem like this. I may never shop with Cycle Gear again. Terrible experience"
"The experience was awesome. Brain was very knowledgeable about the gear I was looking for, as well as what gear was in store (items in stock). He was also able to install my comms system while I waited. They came recommend by friends, and fellow rider, I made the thirty mile ride to see for myself. I was not disappointed."
"Great inventory; lousy service. The gentleman assisting me was trying to help too many people at the same time. I was looking for-among other things-riding boots. He was kept asking me if I was okay with the price, as if I could not afford the boots I was looking at. I told him that I wore an 11-1/2 or 12, depending on the boot. He gave me a pair to try on and they were a size 10-1/2. Then, with another pair, he gave me a size 10. It is as if he either didn't listen, or didn't care. I decided at that point, I did not want to be bothered with him. I was looking at jackets when another employee asked me from at least 20 feet away if I needed any help. Apparently, both customers were absent when customer service training was given. Hopefully, the next place I shop won't ask me whether I can afford to shop there or not."

"called the store checking on availability of a helmet windscreen. The employee verified the part was in stock and asked for my name. Upon arrival, they had the part behind the counter with my name on it. Then they offered to install it on my helmet. Well done."
"I went in to buy a new jacket. The guy that helped me pointed out features and suggested different jackets. He also helped me with sizing. I was going to go bigger but he recommended a size smaller and after using the jacket a couple of times, I’m glad I took his advice."
