"Got message of invalid product key. Product key could not be activated. Norton support stated activation failed because the product key is not valid for the geographical region you are trying to activate it in. This issue can occur when products are distributed to you outside of the region they are intended for. Symantec recommends that you return the incorrect product to the retailer where you purchased it from and request a refund."

"Software was fine. It was annoying that they needed to call me to confirm things that i had entered online (billing address and email), and since i was heading out of town when i ordered it i missed the call and had to wait several days before being able to get my software. Since it was antivirus software, i had to install a free one temporarily to fill the gap and then go through a whole uninstall/reinstall to use the new one. Annoying, but not a deal killer. Might order from them again, but not sure."

"Bought a Microsoft Office 2010 Professional license to activate my expired demo. Microsoft only wanted to sell me 2013, which I did not want. Ordered from Trinity and received my license key within about 20 minutes. Activated perfectly. Didn't need the download, just they key, but the download link was there if I needed. A great source for older software versions. Now I can continue working just as I was, without having to waste a day on a cumbersome install."
