"I ordered a very expensive cookware set from Cutlery and more in August and had pitting in one of the pots. I reached out to them 40 days later and they tell me that I have to go back to the manufacturer to resolve the problem. What good are they in the transaction? The answer is ZERO. Don't purchase from them unless you want no service and a "pass the buck" attitude. Terrible business that apparently doesn't care about customers... just their wallets. Customer's have choices and I would highly recommend taking your business (and wallet) somewhere else!"
