"VERY POOR Customer communications. Ordered an item 9/13/12 and waited until 9/19/12 with nothing heard about item being shipped. Sent email on 9/20/12 (that included the detailed order confirmation email received from reseller) requesting status of order. I received a reply email asking for my order #, item ordered, and "store used" (all of which was provided in my email. Note: this enterprise runs several on-line stores under the PayPal name of "Consumer-RV-Marine-Cycle-Aviation"). I did not hear back from RV Fun Products until I received a PayPal Notice, on 9/24/12, that the total amount charged was being refunded WITH NO EXPLANATION GIVEN FOR THE CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER. *********
All in all this experience caused a delay in getting the needed part for our RV. Since we are full-time RVers timing the delivery of items ordered to where we are located is critical. Because of the poor service and communication, I WILL NOT CONSIDER USING RV Fun Products (aka: Consumer-RV-Marine-Cycle-Aviation) IN THE FUTURE."
