"I purchased these items months ago and have received NO contact initiated by them to tell me when the back ordered item will arrive. I have had to do all in inquiry as to where my items are. It has been nearly 5 months since I ordered these things and I still have NOTHING. Horrible service!!!!!!"

"I do love many of their products. They are well made and very easy to digest. HOWEVER, I have run into 3 shipping issues. The first was handled in a timely manner. The second was overlooked I think, but the 3rd I would consider Customer NO service. I will no longer be purchasing from this company for this reason. I purchased the product on Sept 13. The website indicated it was in stock. I purchased and my credit card was debited the $34. No email confirmation. I watched and waited, several days later the website noted the item was in Pre-order status. That date changed once again and finally, finally the item shipped on Oct 12th. Nearly 1 month later and I received no email, no phone call regarding my order. They had my money for a month and didn't bother to call me. I emailed and received no response. I asked for a refund, no response. Bad business in my estimation. I will not be purchasing from them again even though the product is superior. I just can't stand that kind of customer no service!"
