"This is my #1 (of 3 in use) most favorite sources for WISP service gear here. Insane personal support you thought was lost. Prices and a care about each order that both the novice and big boys will appreciate. Too often we come to point out the bad eggs, not here. Someone on the other end has pride in what they do. Maybe not a crowd of reviews (yet) but trusted 100% with some high ticket orders. Give em a try if you need something in their specialty lineup of wireless cutting edge devices ;-)"

"I have been a Newegg.com customer since Jan 2008 making orders every couple of months for significant amounts so when I received my first ever email offer for "10% off" (up to a mere $40 max) I promptly (well 3 days before expiration apparently not promptly enough) put together another significant order. To my shock I was informed they were out of money for that offer, despite it being solely for my email address alone, with chat offering a bate and switch offer of $25 instead... FOLLOWUP: My warning here earned a prompt reply from NewEgg.com. Never my intent but to be fair to this merchant: I shortly received an apology and a $40 credit appeared on my charge card as mentioned. I had no interest in following up the additional $100 off for the $40 not being honored the day of support chat. I promptly in good faith made an order worthy of the now advanced credit received. And despite my not following procedures and flat out turning down the $100 additional offer, New Egg would not it seems take NO for an answer. I see a day later it appeared as a credit on my charge card anyway. As I understand the underfunding of % off coupon numbers does still continue despite in this case costing them 2½ times more then operating as expected. YOUR experience may vary, just don't expect free money to be there if you wait too near the expiration date and do I guess be persistent as New Egg sales seems to be trying for customer satisfaction even if budgeting and advertising are not 100% in sync on their efforts? Otherwise other then one too cheap to be true MoBo I then left on a shelf too long to warranty (and delicate electronics let's be honest might have been ok prior to handling) otherwise what I have purchased to date has been 100% as advertised. That is what makes all this kinda odd, but be persistent. Seems someone is on the other end and does care if you keep trying."
