Bait and switch
"I have ordered a bagpack in ebags.com following an advertisement, which was clearly marked as "in stock". Several hours after the order, they cancelled my order, claiming that it is not in stock. In the same email, they included ads for similar backpacks which are, of course, much more expensive.
This is a clear bait and switch scam, and it shouldn't be allowed."

False advertisement. Bait and switch
"I placed a large order in their web site. My card was charged at the same day I placed the order. It took 4 days for them them to ship the item. Finally when I received the package, one third of the items I ordered were missing. Half of the items I received were not correct. When I called them, they said they didn't have those items, so they replaced some them.
It is typical false advertisement that they are advertising the items they don't have. Then they are switching them others items.
Typical bait and siwtch. I don't recommend this company."

Deceptive company
"One week after charging my credit card for the item I bought, they are now saying that they are back ordered. Basically, they were advertising items they don't have. It is frustrating to deal with these type of companies."

"I have ordered a smoking pipe with a pipe tool from this company. They send me a completely different and much cheaper pipe tool then the picture they show in their web site and ad booklet. When I called them about it, all they sad was "they don't have the pipe tool they show in their web site any more". But I guess they don't mind to show the picture of a better product in their web site, as if they still have it. Typical "Bait and switch" scam. I will never order anything from this company."

"I had terrible experience with BBQFans.com. I had ordered "Folding Leg and Wing Rack ". Despite my credit card charged right away, It took 3 weeks for them to ship the item. Every time I called, they told me "The item is out of stock, and they are waiting for shipment". In the mean time, the same item was advertized in their web site as "available, will be shipped in 1-2 days". I will never order anything from this company again."

"Stay away from this company. They sell items that they don't have, they don't keep they promises.
I had ordered two items from them on Dec 16 2008 with promise that my orders would arrive before Christmas. Well, one of them arrived Dec 30th. The other one still didn't show up, now they are telling that it is out of stock."

"Stay away from this store. I have ordered NAVGEAR Universal Dash Mount from this store, estimated delivery date was 12/08. I waited until 12/11, of course nothing arrived. I sent an email to learn if there is any problem. They just canceled my order."
