No shipping even after four months after purchase

Since even after a long time they did not send me the paid product, I addressed them several times through live conversations and each time they apologized to me and assured me that the phone would be sent as soon as possible.

After more than four months, they did not send the phone. I think they use our money for some other purposes and not for the purchase of goods, although I paid everything in advance for the postage and the product itself. I am very sorry because this used to be my favorite online shopping service, but now they need to be bypassed in a wide arc.
