"Ich hatte vor fast 2 Jahren Ware bei Gearbest bestellt. Diese wurde bis jetzt nicht geliefert und ist wohl auch nicht mehr lieferbar. Irgend eine Stellungnahme von Gearbest aus gab es dazu nicht. (Nur als Beispiel, wie es sein kann: Fasttech hat von sich aus ein Ticket eröffnet und mich kontaktiert, weil es bei einer bestellten Position einen Lieferverzug gab. Und das 3 Tage nach dem geplanten Versandtermin. Von Gearbest kam fast 2 Jahre lang gar nichts, weder Ware, Rückerstattung oder auch nur eine Nachricht.)
Jetzt hatte ich um Stornierung der Bestellung und Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises gebeten. Zuerst auf Facebook und dann über ein Ticket, da die Zusagen über Facebook nicht erfüllt wurden. In der Antwort auf das Ticket wurde dann wieder die Rückzahlung zugesichert, erfolgte aber wieder nicht. Dann, auf einmal, war eine Rückzahlung zu PayPal aus natürlich unspezifizierten Gründen gar nicht mehr möglich. Ich sollte Punkte akzeptieren und was anderes bestellen. Darauf habe ich mich aber nicht eingelassen und das auch mehrfach ausführlich begründet. Ich will da einfach nichts mehr bestellen, da keinerlei Vertrauen mehr besteht. Und dazu nötigen lasse ich mich schon gar nicht. Außerdem bietet Gearbest keinerlei Möglichkeit, die fälligen Steuern im Voraus zu zahlen. Eine ankommende Lieferung ist damit mehr als fragwürdig und würde eventuell nur noch mehr Kosten verursachen.
Nun ist auf einmal absolute Funkstille. Keine Reaktion oder Antwort mehr zum Ticket. Ich kann mein Geld nun also komplett abschreiben.
Wenn das kein Betrug ist, was dann? Ich kann nur jeden ausdrücklich warnen, da irgend etwas zu bestellen. Nur, wenn ihr von vorne herein einen Totalverlust mit einplant. Eigentlich schade, Gearbest war vor Jahren mal ein guter Shop. Davon ist aber leider nichts mehr übrig. Ich glaube auch nicht, dass es hier eine Reaktion geben wird. Auf Bewertungen scheinen sie auch keinen Wert mehr zu legen."

"I ordered a Xiaomi Airdots Pro 2 from a seller in gearbest. They were defective, and after many tickets, they told me I had to settle it directly with the seller. He told me to return them and that I would get a refund. Before returning I asked gearbest if I would have their protection during this process and they answered positively. I returned the item to China and even after one month the seller had received the package, he said nothing. I contacted gearbest, and they told him to answer.. After months, he said (with no proof) that the item was not defective, and that I would get no refund. Even if what he says was true, it would be dishonest to stay with all the money, because he only payed for the shipping (I payed for the return). Nevertheless, I asked him for the proof, and he never gave it to me. I asked gearbest to step in, and they told me (again without proof, and without this being an argument even if it were true) that the seller "they had verified" that the item was OK. After eight months, how would they verify this, and what credibility does the seller have? And, then net effect of my purchase was that the seller and gearbest got free money from me. I will never buy again from this fraudulent website."

A conclusão é que nunca receberei nem meu dinheiro nem a mercadoria. Eles sempre devolvem o saldo na carteira, você sempre realiza uma compra, e depois de 120 dias solicita o reembolso.
