"I ordered a dual kit of 12" cold cathodes. The order came in within a reasonable amount of time, but I was short one of the cold cathodes. I emailed ****@**** and told them the problem. I had to have the new light shipped to a different address since I was moving from my old address, and they sent the new cathode to my new address super quick. All my problems were quickly resolved and I am now a happy customer! Thanks Case-Mod.com for working with me and getting this taken care of. I will shop with you again!!"

"This was my first purchase with FrozenCPU. I placed my order on Monday for three 24" silver rounded ATA/133 IDE cables, 10 feet of mesh cable sleeve and 10" of heat shrink tubing. The order arrived on Wednesday in perfect condition. Everything was as advertised, and the cable wrap and heat shrink are of very high quality. "Ordered 2 inkjet cartridges for my Canon MPC5500 on Friday. $3 each makes a $6.00 order. Shipping was $7.12 (only 1 lb box) for a grand total of $13.12. Despite the high shipping, I went ahead with the order because it was still cheaper in the long run. The order processed on Monday and I had the box at my house Thursday afternoon. The box was slightly crushed but the cartridges were well packed and nowhere near damaged. I think I will order from them again. No problems and nothing misleading. :-)"
