"In a day and age where middlemen carry no inventory and drop ship invisible products from unseen warehouses this company stands way above the rest. They not only had my order literally in stock, but had it laser engraved and out the door enroute to me WITH a tracking in less than 24 hours. I was so impressed with their service that immediately upon receipt of my package I turned around and bought another one!"

"After a couple successful and trouble free orders I finally got one that went wrong and found out just how inconvenient the resolution process is and how unwilling this company really is to help the customer. I received a product that clearly has a manufacturing defect I know it and the manufacturer certainly knows it, but they still made me jump through hoops to fulfill a process and then get an RMA# and waiting for my return to be processed instead of just expediting a replacement order as I feel they should especially when it is just a couple days shy of a month since the order was originally placed. Granted my approach is self-centered, but I used to work in the Auto Industry and I fully understand things like this go awry and when it does the company I worked for as well as other companies I worked with would take steps to fix the problem ASAP rather than just prolong the experience when we know the problem being reported is more than plausible and most likely happened due to an error on our part. What really gets my attention though is I submitted a review of the product and the customer service per a direct request of http://carid.com through an email they sent me automatically after the transaction. That review, well written & completely professional NEVER made it to the website. In fact after scanning several more reviews I cannot find any low scoring or negative reviews at all on the entire http://carid.com site which pretty much tells me that they are screening the submitted reviews and only posting the favorable ones for their business."
