"This is my second time ever writing a review, and the first one was also a bad review about this website, on the same order. After all of the shipping problems and lies they told me before, I got the completely wrong sub box. And now who knows how long it will take until I actually receive it. It's absolutely ridiculous. I placed this order December 26th, and i'm STILL having problems with it. Never trust this company with your money."

Hello, We do greatly apologize for the delay, We had contacted you ever step of the way to inform you of this delay. Sadly our stock shipment was delayed while they had loaded our container onto the train. Which we were not informed about. They are confirmed en route to us and shipping out shortly. We had offer you multiple switchout as well as store credit and discounts on future purchases as well as the option to cancel and be fully refunded. Shipping to your location is already a 2 day transit time, and could not bump that up faster.
