"This seller's web page stock is inaccurate. I ordered a product that was listed as in stock, only to have my order listed as back order. Today, as I write this, their website continues to show the item in stock.
Their order cancellation process involves contacting their customer service team, rather than simply being able to cancel your order from the web interface. I can only assume this is a method to de-motivate the customer from cancelling.
I will be unlikely to order again from this company. I'd rather spend a few dollars extra on my item from a retailer that doesn't waste my time with inaccurate stock descriptions."

"I purchased a 19'' Trinitron monitor. I was told it was in stock and would ship the next day. The next morning the status page lists it as being shipped. 12 hours later, it is backordered. I call customer service and they tell me that they are in stock and they aren't sure why there is a problem,but it will definately ship the next day.
Next day, the item shows once again as shipping. 12 hours later, again it is changed to backordered. I call again and get the same responce: "They are in stock. It will definately go out tomorrow." Online status once again shows the item as shipping.
I went through this 3 different times and each time the customer service rep told me that the item was in stock and would ship the next day. Finally after a complaint email, my item was actually shipped. At least I think it was...UPS tracking number has been showing as invalid for 3 days now.
UPDATE: UPS was indeed in the wrong here. Package arrived today. I was most impressed by Mr. Murciano as he contacted me via this site regarding my dissatisfaction. He then called me at home. I did not expect that at all.
While I am still unhappy with the bit of runaround I got over whether the item was in stock or not, Mr. Murciano has convinced me that they are committed to improving their customer service. That's enough for me to consider them for my next purchase."

"Ordered Gainward Geforce4 ti4200 on a Tuesday and was told that it would be in stock the following day. I was a bit wary, because the salesperson seemed to know my question before I finished it, but perhaps they are just inundated with ti4200 orders atm.
There was a problem with my bank not having my alternate shipping address listed with my account, and Avlogic held my order until that was fixed. I called Avlogic on the phone to fix the problem and customer service was polite and courteous on both occasions.
The card has now shipped and should arrive on Friday. I will follow up with shipping review.
My only concern was that during my shipping address snafu, the customer service person read to me my credit card billing address with no real confirmation of who I was. Now, I don't mind this, but some may find their loose lips a concern.
All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with this company. They are certainly more organized, more courteous, and more helpful than any other "rock bottom" resellers I have used. Avlogic will be my vendor of choice for future purchases.
**UPDATE**
Card has arrived and after 2 days of burn in, seems to be working fine. Packaging for shipment was fine, but not great, but I'm really nitpicking here because everything else was excellent.
I will definately be ordering from Avlogic again."
