Was a good app, not so much now!!
"I have had this app for years since it was Ebates. I’ve earned as high as about $100 on 1 check. Since it has become Rakuten that has changed. They give you small amounts, but I recently bought a vacuum from Wal Mart for almost $200 through the app on Thanksgiving Day and have yet to receive my $ on my account. It was 10% back that day, and when I contacted customer service they said it could take 10 days to 45 days for it to show up. I used the app again after and have earned smaller amounts (.60, .46, etc.) and it shows up almost immediately. I sent them another message and they haven’t even responded. Count your days Rakuten!! Not using this piece of crap app ever again, getting deleted as we speak!"
