AA batteries in holding cases
"The order was simple and got here on time but one of the plastic cases that is a holder for the AA batteries was completely broken at it's hinge. This would have NEVER happened if it was shipped in a small box with some padding or simply tape the battery holding box all the way around it and have the customer remove the tape. Instead both boxes full of AA batteries were only sent in a Tyvek envelope. So...now I have one of the two boxes that is worthless because the lid hinge is destroyed."

STAY FAR, FAR away from this so called "Company"
"I ordered two State flags on 4/9. It took TWO weeks for delivery and I live in the middle of the Country! Open up the package and here's two China made flags printed on ONE side only. I've had a flag pole for 15 years and bought dozens of flags and have never seen nor WANTED a one sided flag, who would? Contacted support and got a RMA and sent them back on 4/23. Almost THREE weeks (it would have taken 3 business days for shipping back) later on 5/12 they send an email that my return made it back to their warehouse. Then...crickets for days and days and days. They have a link to click on for your new Estimated delivery. It is NEVER shows a date and never will. On 5/20 I sent a email to their support to cancel and refund my credit card and again...crickets,not one word from them. I contacted Pay Pal and my credit card and opened a case to get my damn money back. Luckily I'm only in with this bunch for $27, it could have been hundreds. AGAIN...if you have a problem with these crooks they will BLOW YOU OFF like you never existed.
